The burns or red marks, that’s easy. A little bit of redness is normal, don’t worry about it. The blood and muscles are just doing their thing, I can’t explain it, I read it somewhere and it made perfect sense. Search it.
Burns? Now that means you aren’t using enough water-based gel. (Yeah, go grab the KY..and your problem is solved) And be sure to reapply more gel after every two sessions or so. Very important.
If you turn it up too high to start, you’ll get discouraged. So take it easy and let it massage you first and work your way up. I have other devices like this and I will say that while this one is on the low-end, it works, and it’s well worth the 6 or 7 bucks you’ll spend on it. I’ve tried other more expensive ones so I have a little experience here.
That being said, if you’re fat, just complain about that. Don’t complain about this product. If you need a little definition somewhere and feel like getting it done the easy way, this is for you. The overweight, need a life coach, not an ab belt. Good luck with that.
And remember, the ONLY way you will lose weight is by burning more calories that you stuff your face with. This product is for muscle-tone. Use it properly, and you get exactly what you pay for. Well worth the money. No doubt.

I used to have a similar product 10 years ago in my country-of-origin. I adored it the same way I do for this product! It tightens up your ab muscles! Been using it for a month now with acceptable results!
To those lurking, don’t expect this to work if you are going to use it without a diet program. Just as any exercise program, if you’re going to use this without any control of your eating, you’ll still have a belly.
I only gave 4 stars because I wish there was more gel. But you can easily get a tube of lubricant at Walmart. Their “Equate” brand is cheap at the same rack where you get personal lubricants and condoms. Choose the water based ones.

So far this item is great. It compliments my workout routine. That’s what you need to keep in mind with things like this. It’s useless without proper diet and exercise. You need to already be in a certain level of shape before this will do anything for you either. Only complaint is that the unit is small for me. I’m a big guy (6′ 2″ 200lbs). So I have to move it to different parts of the muscle to get a full complete stimulation. Honestly for the price it’s a great starter muscle stimulator. If you see improvement with this then you’ll probably benefit from one of the larger nicer units on the market.

I love it and works great for me. My wife on the other hand does not like it because it shocked her. You must put plenty of lotion on this for it to work right. Start low and work your way up. I use this while I am working or watching tv and have the start of a six pack. My wife is using her ab work out videos every week and still does not… you can also use this on your arms and other parts of your body. The instructions show you how and comes with 2nd set of batteries. I had to take one star of for my wife having issues using it or else it would be a 5.

got mine in the mail today and used it for 30 minutes…i was skeptical about this since i only paid 6 bucks for it, but all doubts went out the window after the 1st 10 minutes… u definately feel it, especially if u set it from 6 on up…in fact i had to pull it off my abs at one point because the setting was too high and it felt like a car was crushing my torso!!! so forget spending those crazy prices for like products and just get this one!! it’s great and not just for the abs either!!!
