No room to walk, no problem!  Really just push back your chair and walk a few steps forward and backward, do a few kicks, and you’ll really burn some calories in just a few square feet of space.  

Leslie Sansone is the queen of walking videos!  She has some moves in this video to work on your core, and your arms, and multiple muscles in your legs.  There is no floor work, it is all walking in place and a great quick cardio workout you can do at your own pace if she is too fast for you.  This is just a 15 minute video and you will cool down and stretch on your own.
