5 “Outside-Of-The-Calorie-Box” Methods For Female Fat Loss

There is no doubt that calories count when you are trying to lose fat. But, if you only focus on how much you are eating, you are going to feel horrible and eventually get sick.

You see, too many women forget about the “other” stressors their bodies have to deal with when dieting. And the end result is sickness, poor quality of life and a higher percentage of dieting abandonment.

Thus, here are 5 “outside of the calorie box” methods for female fat loss:

1. Be passively active: 

Exercise during weight loss causes a lot of good damage in your body. And one way to speed up the repair of this damage is with passive activity. In other words, doing things that get your body moving at very low intensities is the best way to recover quickly.

2. Reduce stress:

But don’t try to reduce all your stress with self discipline alone. Instead, manipulate your environment as much as possible so that you don’t have to deal with the stressors in the first place. And remember that stress can make weight loss feel like pushing a boulder up a hill.

3. Don’t subject yourself to any level of second hand smoke:

There is a reason why second hand smoke is illegal in some areas, because it’s lethal. And keep in mind that it’s still harmful in very small doses. Your body is under enough stress when dieting, don’t subject it to smoke.

4. Seek medical attention immediately if needed:

If something is going wrong in your body, don’t wait for it to progress and develop into something worse. Bear in mind that women who are the most proactive with medical care are the most healthy.

5. Laugh with people close to you:

The research is clear, the more time you spend laughing with those close to you, the healthier you will be. This happens because of immune system strengthening. So try to be as social as possible when losing weight-don’t become a dieting hermit.Solely focusing on calories when on a fat loss program is a surefire way to get sick and fall of the bandwagon. So make sure you take action on the advice in this article sooner rather than later!
