An Eating Diary: Keeping Track

Keeping track of dieting progress is not an unheard of trick in the weight loss industry. Keeping track obviously allows dieters to see a clear record of their own eating history. It can also document their general day to day activities and movements as well as progress (or lack of progress) towards their stated weight loss goals.
Keeping track of your dieting progress.
Keeping track of dieting progress is a theory that often proves advantageous. When you pair the keeping track theory with the current obsession with all things “online” you get a unique opportunity. Dieters nowadays aren’t writing down their eating and activity history while dieting. They aren’t jotting it on a notepad near their refrigerator.
Actual handwritten records are still as effective as they’ve always been and some still access this as a dieting tool. But the majority of dieters actively looking for weight loss results are keeping track of their progress in a different way. They are taking advantage of the online methods available for documenting their journey while dieting. One of the most popular diets (and most effective) on the market is homeopathic HCG. And a large percentage of HCG dieters are finding recording their progress online very advantageous.
Online eating diaries are not just as effective as the traditional handwritten eating diary. They are more effective. Dieters keep track of portion sizes along with daily weight in comparison to initial weight and goal weight. They record their meal plan and then they record their actual eating activity. They keep track of meal preparation and recipes. Many even incorporate video and photos that visually document their dieting journey.
Many dieters keeping track online choose to use a blog.
Blogs are easy considering their ability to incorporate text, videos and pictures all in one spot. Other popular choices for eating documentation include Facebook, Twitter and MySpace. Social media sites encourage user interaction which typically results in an online support network.
Hearing encouragement from like minded individuals is the only reason some dieters are able to stick to the plan. They are able to access real time updates from fellow dieters who are struggling with the same things they are on a day to day basis. They are able to share tips and concerns, recipes and favorite food combinations. It is making a drastic difference in the number of individuals capable of sticking to the very low calorie diet that results in such drastic weight loss.
