I really enjoyed reading this free ebook I ran across on Dave Navarro’s blog, Rock Your Day. It was about Time Management, but not your normal get a planner, block off time for yourself, for exercise, and for family time, blah, blah.
No, not at all like that, it was an inspiring look at how I think, and probably how most people think about their goals and hopes and dreams. I hope it’s not just me who has trouble with getting started working on a goal. This ebook was motivating because it made me think about my goals, and then showed how I could take a goal and make it a priority in my life. When that priority becomes a habit you’ll want to do it even more because you will feel motivated and good about your achievement. Dave even uses weight loss and exercise as examples in the book.
