If you think that losing a substantial amount of weight in a short period of time is impossible then you are wrong by following a few simple rules and making sure you stick to them you won’t fail. A successful plan is a plan you can stick with after you lose weight the first two weeks.

I know you always hear drink water, if you drink water you will lose weight the trick to that is if you drink six ounces for each pound that you weigh you flush unwanted weight out. Drinking this much water may be overwhelming but you can do it but don’t make it the only time you drink water you also need to drink water while working out.

Another tip is to eat calories based on what you want to weigh after you lose weight. This will allow you to go ahead and set your mind to the amount that your body needs on a daily basis once the unwanted weight is gone.

Working out may be hard for some but by working out aerobically at least 45-60 minutes a day you are jump starting your body to lose weight and soon you will begin to feel better about yourself. You need at least 45-60 minutes of sweating aerobics or fast paced walking to burn extra calories.

Losing weight in a short period of time may make you happy for that period but in order to keep it off you must make it a lifestyle and new way of life. Eating right, exercising and drinking water will not only make you feel better but it will help you change your life for the better. By following these few tricks and tips it has been said that some people will successfully lose up to 15 pounds. Go get at it and lose that weight!
