Another Reason to ExerciseThis is the second part of the Leslie Sansone Walking video, part 2 is called “Burn the Fat and Back it Down”

Really just get up and push your chair back, and start walking in place with Leslie, and she’ll show you a great workout, right in front of the computer.  There is no lying down, no floor exercises, but you’ll be walking a few paces forwards and backwards, and side to side, so you’ll just need a few square feet of space to get your exercise in.  Plus at a faster pace, you will burn fat with this one!
