Those YOU Doc’s who write all those YOU Doc books also have a blog and a website I want to refer you to! Dr. Mehmet Oz and Dr. Michael Roizen post daily at the YOU Docs Daily Blog. I keep this page as one of my home pages because it is updated daily with healthy eating tips, weight loss, medical research you can use in your daily life and everything for living a healthy lifestyle. They even answer reader questions on the blog.
Today’s post has more weight loss tips and advice including when you may need help from your doctor if your weight loss is not happening and your health is at stake.
Today’s post reminded me of the multiple workout videos they have posted. This is a beginner’s workout for your entire body, with warm up and cool down stretches too, all in 20 minutes. Just do what you can, and each time you practice, you’ll be able to do more. If this is easy for you, then you can move on to one of the advanced workouts they have posted.
They also have posted a two part walking video by Leslie Sansone, which is great to use at home when the weather isn’t cooperating with your daily walk.
