Does it includes instructional videos on how to use it like for beginners. I heard a lot of people being obsessed with nintendo wii right now but in my opinion it is harder to use than looks. Thanks for posting though.
Yes, there is help and instructions right on the screen as you go through each of the activities. Our family has had a lot of fun with it, and we all get up off the couch and move around a lot more!
